Most eyes have been on Roland Garros in the last week, but off broadway a little, there was still a lot of action on the ITF Tour. It looks like there’s yet another Czech tennis player emerging, with 18-year-old Laura Samson winning her second W75 of the year, and 8th ITF title overall. She moves to a career high ranking of 155, and looks like someone to keep an eye on in the coming years. First time winners include Deniz Dilek from Turkey, and the USA’s Tatum Evans.
On the men’s side, there were five players picking up their maiden ITF title: Daniel Jade, Alexander Vasilev, Noa Vukadin, Tianhui Zhang, and Kaylan Bigun.
