Plenty of action last week on the ITF Tour. On the Women’s tour, Hanne Vandewinkel wins her 13th ITF title, and Lizette Cabrera wins her 12th title. Vandewinkel moves closer to her top 100 debut, now just a few places out, after 3 titles this year already. We had one first time winner, with 23-year-old, Ariana Arseneault breaking through in her home country of Canada.
On the Men’s side, Dominic Stricker won his first ever ITF title in Trimbach. Stricker has won 5 times on the ATP Challenger Tour, but this was his first ITF triumph. A former top 100 player, Stricker is currently sitting outside 300, so it’s great to see him playing good tennis again.
